Dr. Suess, whose real name was Theodor Geisel, died in 1991. He had published 44 children's books. Even though he cannot write new books, there was a new book published in September of 2011 of stories that he wrote a long time ago.

I think my favorite thing at the carnival was the Cake Walk. I liked the music they played and I took home some yummy cookies!

My favorite part was seeing everyone dressed in their costumes. They were fantastic!
